Booking & Appointments
Do you take walk-ins or appointments only?
Both — though appointments are strongly recommended, especially for full sets, seasonal pedicures, and weekend slots. Walk-ins are accommodated when our schedule allows.
How early should I arrive?
Five to ten minutes before your appointment is plenty. It gives us time to prep your station and get you settled with refreshments before we start.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Call us at (360) 713-5999 at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Services & Pricing
How long do gel and acrylic nails last?
Gel manicures typically hold their shine for two to three weeks. Acrylic and gel-x sets last three to four weeks before needing a fill-in. Lifestyle and nail growth affect wear — we'll talk through what fits your routine at your appointment.
Do you do custom nail art?
Yes. From minimalist French to full editorial sets — bring an inspiration from any source or a vibe and your tech will quote you. See our nail art page for examples.
What's the difference between Builder Gel, Gel-X, and Tap Gel?
Builder Gel reinforces your natural nail without extension. Gel-X uses pre-shaped tips applied with cured gel for full extensions. Tap Gel is a faster, lightweight option using pre-formed tips. Our gel nails page compares all three.
Payment & Tipping
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, debit, and cash. Tips can be given in cash directly to your tech or ask for their venmo or zelle information.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — purchase any amount in person. They're a popular birthday, bridesmaid, and thank-you gift.
Hygiene & Safety
What sanitation practices do you follow?
All tools are cleaned and sterilized between clients. Files, buffers, and single-use items are exactly that — single-use. Stations are sanitized after every appointment. Our techs are licensed by the Washington State Department of Licensing.
Are children welcome?
Children are welcome with a parent or guardian present. We ask that younger children remain accompanied by an adult who isn't being serviced for safety reasons.

Where are you located? Is parking available?
We're at 8078 E Mill Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98664. Free parking is available directly in front of the salon. We're a five-minute drive from the Portland metro across the I-5 or I-205 bridge.
